Superstition expectations
I'm a superstitious girl.
Not the kind that thinks that a black cat is a bad omen or that Friday 13th is a terrible day, no. My superstitions are more of daily basis things, for example the time that Mexico (the soccer team) played terrible in the world cup I promise myself not to wear the shirt and the pants that I wore that day in another Mexico game. Also, I have a blouse that I wore in a first date and it's guarantee that the date is going to suck.
But my most common superstition is about the weeks, for example I can tell when a week is going to be terrible by the luck I have in the first couple of days, so if Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday suck I know all the other days are going to be awful, and on the other Monday my luck will change. Normally a terrible bad bad bad week is follow by a very good one.
Anyway all this is to explain yesterday and today, apparently this week is what I call an off/on week, I have events in my day that are unbelievable, and events that are terrible that you can't believe my luck.
* Exhibit 1: Monday December 11th aka yesterday,
OFF EVENT.- I failed terrible my exam
ON EVENT.- my other 2 subject I got a 90 something
* Exhibit 2: Tuesday December 12th aka today
OFF EVENT.- I don't remember I've ever told you, but I were glasses and I0m practically blind, so my mom is giving me for Christmas a laser operation, today I went over the doctor to run some test, and on the preliminary test it appears that my eye is in the shape of a cone, this is a birth defect, and I can't have the operation, I really had ll my hope in this procedure cause I hate my glasses, and besides the beauty factor of not having glasses, I can't see with them, my vision is on the 80% with the glasses and 30% without them. The doctor told me I have to have more test, so he can tell me for sure what is up with my operation, please pray so I can have it, it would make my life so much easier, again beauty aside
ON EVENT.- my exam today was giving a class about an investigation we have been doing all semester, anyway our investigation and class was one of the best, and the teacher is maybe going to pick us to present the thesis we did about violence in the family to the whole university (OMG!) in a congress, and there is going to be a book about that convention, so probably we could have our names in a publish book!!! is so exiting
another good thing about today is that I bough a dress for my mom's retirement party on Friday
nothing more to say... the semester is almost over, i'm only missing one final ^_^ yupi
