Ride the Bus

So, I'm all flipped out about the Port Authority's Proposed Fare and Service Changes for 2007. They're looking at cutting 124 of the existing 213 weekday routes and 400 jobs. The impact for me includes cutting the 500, 51B, 51D, 51G, and 28X routes entirely. Not to mention a $0.75 fare hike that will increase a monthly bus pass to $90. I'm

$75K as a bus driver?! Shit, I want to come to Pittsburgh and drive a bus.

Yeah no kidding... and their benefits package is insane. Obviously I am in the wrong line of work.
