Iran Isn't Falling -- It's Standing Up

Jun 21, 2009 23:47

I don't know if anyone still reads this, and I never post here...but please pay attention to what is happening in Iran. Please attend a protest, if they have one in your city. I attended protests yesterday and today. Even if you're not Iranian (I'm not, obvs), this is important. I know it may seem like you're not making much of a difference, but you are.

Also, if you're on Twitter, set your location to Tehran & your time zone to GMT +3.30. Iranian security forces are hunting for bloggers using location/time zone searches. The more people at this location, the more of a logjam it creates for forces trying to shut down Iranians' access to the internet. Cut & Paste & Pass it on.
