- There are a million different things you can do with a crock-pot and they are all awesome. Rice, yoghurt, meals in general, (haggis, which is the bf's fav no lie - I will actually have to post the recipe before any of you lot judge me)
- Campbell's tomato soup in a tiny cup has the worst quality check in the whole world. It's really hit or miss if you'll get a perfect meal or a crime scene in your microwave, which is sad. I've been doing the experimentation (1:15 min @ 1100w for about six months now) and you should see the scatter-graph. Yes, I do usually do rigorous experimentation before I open my big fat mouth, why do you ask? Anyway, the point is sometimes it's perfect. Sometimes I don't get to eat soup. There seems to be no rhyme or reason - Quality control is needed, Campbell's!
- I haven't forgotten the notecards, but I've just now officially felt "not-seriously-ill" for exactly a day and a half at this point. They will be mailed out probably Monday.
- I'm super irritated at ebook pricing. A 10+ trash novel is more expensive than the paperback at full price and the only way I can afford the cookbook I want is to buy it on ebook otherwise I'd pay 3x as much. Bwah?
