I like to ride my bicycle
I like to ride my bike, I like to ride my bicycle, I like to ride it where I like!
Today after lunch, we went out on Booker Creek Bike Trail, about .83 of a mile one way and had a lot of fun. I mentioned casually that we should bike to the grocery store sometime, and Nate jumped all over that idea. So we saddled up with the Trail-a-bike and my lovely new grocery-bag panniers (which we got yesterday), and rode off to the grocery store. It's 1.2 miles one way, and mostly uphill to the store, which makes it mostly downhill back. I did have to stop a few times to breathe, and walked up the steepest parts of the hills, but we did it! We rode there and back!! Now my next goal is to do it without having to walk, then after that without having to stop to breathe.
