Not a whole lot happend over thanksgiving break, even though it seems like there should have been. Bubbles came back a week ago, wistful and cuntstruck, and we didn't hang out much at all. We went to rivertown on saturday to see my sister, who works at Express, and bubbles also wanted to buy some christmas presants for his girlfriend. We went to build-a-bear and he made a pig with a marine uniform on it. My favorite part was when a cute employee stuffed the pig up with the fluffing machine. It got me sexually aroused. He also bought her a promise ring which was really pretty. I wanted to tell bubbles that the diamonds on the ring were more than likely dug up from the earth by an emaciated teenage boy from the congo who is forced into labor by warlords who threaten to cut off the hands of his family, but I didn't want to ruin the moment. At any rate, by Tuesday I was already sick of hanging out with bubbles, due to the fact he called his girlfriend at the top of every hour and would not let up with this incessant baby talk. It filled me with a feeling a violence which forced me to leave the room. I am happy for Bubbles that he has finally found a girl to cling to so lovingly.
Well, besides seeing bubbles off and on this week, I also mananged to get a bunch of reading done during long, lonely nights. I read Naked Lunch, finished off Tropic of Capricorn, and reread Heart of Darkness. I also wanted to see the new Audrey Tatou movie, which was released today, but none of the bitch ass theatres in Grand Rapids are showing it. All in all I feel like I have utilized my thanksgivng break wisely, even though I didn't get any of the homework done that I wanted to. I can't wait to finish off this goddamned semester.
