Jay Leno Taping
So, we attended at Jay Leno taping instead of Jimmy Kimmel. We actually got to be in the fourth row (technically second row in the "movie seats" that move up/down) and it was awesome! The best part is, is that we got in on a standby ticket! Everyone around us had regular tickets, while we had standbys and they said nothing, so we got some of the best seats in the house! Ironically, we got the tickets for the show AFTER the show!
We got in line at like 12:30pm for the call of 3:30pm. A nice woman from Minnesota even gave us money to buy some hot chocolate!
Its all thanks to the Russian guy at the gas station, he told us to get there at like 12:45pm...THANKS RUSSIAN GUY!!! It was cool hearing his stories of traveling to Ukraine and through Warsaw.
Well, hopefully you all will be able to watch it tonight, and hopefully Brian and I will show up in some of it.
We're kinda pissed though, cuz this once couple switched places with us, and they ended up being in the background for like an entire audience member interview! I was like, omg, that would have been MY seat...instead, its an old guy....GAH!
oh well, it was still a fun time! I also talked to a bunch of the Pages, and they gave me some insight on internships and what not....so I've got some applying to do!
We went inside the Warner Music Group building...and I was like "sigh, hopefully I shall work here one day..."
Took me like 30 minutes to explain to my parents how to set up the recording of Jay Leno tonight...lol!
Well, that's about it, it was suuuuuuuuper cold today, though! Like, think windy chicago weather...IN CALIFORNIA!!!
