I found this video on YouTube with the final battle from Utawarerumono from the PS2 version of the game.
They done a lot to the battle system. The original's battle system was very simple. The options available to the characters has been vastly increased. I doubt you get to select weapons, armor, and accessories like you do in other tactics games, but eh.
Eruru has a reach ability. The twins can attack simultaniously. You can attack Witsalnemitea's arms. There are goo things in the final battle.

And two other nifty videos. They both have the same music. First is a promo video that uses clips from the anime opening, game opening, CG, battle scenes, and lots of other stuff. The second the opening video with altered clips that you get at the end of the game, and is chock full of spoilers.
