I think today might be a good day.
I think this might be shaping up to be a good week, as well.
Last night, I went to see The Dark Knight with a bunch of cool kids whom I have not seen in a few weeks. Several funny moments occurred, and the movie was so good it made me uncomfortable. That is the only way I can describe it.
We went to Hardware Bar afterwards for my Sarah's birthday celebration. There was drinking and dancing and creepers buying me drinks. I came home and went to bed. Two nights in a row at Hardware Bar are far too many.
This morning, I woke up and Skyped Marrose for a bit, got dressed, and went walking on the levee in Forty Fort with Mike even though he really wished he was still sleeping. What a good boyfriend he is.
I always feel like I'm going to have a better day when I get up early and immediately do something rewarding like going for a walk or something.
So perhaps this will be a good day. I think it will. I feel rather laid-back and easy with the world. I think I am also going to go to Eddie's for some breakfast and reading.
