PERMISSION FAQS
Warning, there are spoilers here.
First a note on "earnestly attempt to interfere with their life" and "malevolently harm their relationships or happiness." The former refers to characters being nosy and annoying in a good-natured way, e.g. "Tomo meets Chikusa and decides she wants to get him to admit his gay love for Ken, so she bothers him about this a lot." The latter refers to characters actively trying to destroy happiness, like "Envy approaches Gracia while disguised as Hughes and beats her up, then later he comes up to her AGAIN disguised as Hughes and pretends to be the real Hughes and tells her it was Envy before but she deserved it for being such a stupid bitch." These two are catch-all categories for any kind of "Can my character interfere with yours" question, split up based on whether they're harmlessly annoying or seriously emotionally damaging.
I. RIN (marezydoats)
Powers: Uh, I'm not sure if this counts as a POWER perse, but Rin turns into a horse when she's hugged by guys or when she's sick. Also the Sohma curse being what it is, Rin attracts the presence of equine-types, and can talk to them. What they do when they show up is their call. Other than that, she's a normal human.
Possible Pings: HORSE PING other than that, nothing.
So, how evil?: Rin can be bitchy, but she's not at all evil.
Perceptive Powers: Noooot really, she's mostly a normal human and not always a very observant one.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: Case-by-case basis, but the answer is usually yes.
Can I kill them?: NO. It'd be too angsty and not of the kind I'd want to deal with.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: Case-by-case basis! Although I'm pretty sure you can't steal the curse.
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: Please do~!
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: Case-by-case basis, upon thinking about it. ASK FIRST.
What about meta powers?: Rin is not big on knowing other people's canons, she's not a pop culture kind of gal. She doesn't know she's a manga character, either, and I'd rather keep it that way.
Anything else?: She has physical violence issues! Bad ones. ASK BEFORE VIOLENCE.
II. KOTAROU (inwolfclothing)
Powers: Kotarou's a pretty strong fighter. He uses power he draws from himself for fighting. He can hurl giant freaking balls of energy, fly, summon inugami, turn into a dog or a beast man, things like that. For those who can sense power levels, Kotarou's pretty high-level! Definitely stronger than the average human by a long shot. But by camp standards, he's probably around the higher end of mid-level power range.
Possible Pings: Half human, half wolf demon!
So, how evil?: He fails at being evil. He's a good kid. A little obnoxious at times, but good.
Perceptive Powers: When it comes to fighting, he's pretty good at figuring power levels. Anything other than that, lol no.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: GO FOR IT!
Can I kill them?: I... would prefer not, but I can be convinced if you have a good idea behind it.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: GO FOR IT although as far as powers go, I don't think his powers are of the steal-able variety.
Can I annoy them/earnestly attempt to interfere with their life?: SURE WHY NOT!
Can I attempt to malevolently harm their relationships or happiness?: BE MY GUEST.
What about meta powers?: NONE.
Anything else?: I think that covers it!
III. ACHERON/ASH (aconsolegod)
Powers: Healing (self and others), resurrection, precognition (unless it pertains to himself or the people he's closest to emotionally), telekinesis, telepathy, teleportation, (mostly) omniscient, omnilingual, omnipotent, can hurl what is affectionately known in canon as "god bolts" which is basically like lightning, and he has the power of Final Fate, which basically means that A) he is bound to keep any promise he makes, and B) anything he says WILL HAPPEN which is why he has to be careful of what he says! Also, after thousands of years of doing it, Ash is a pretty damned good fighter.
Possible Pings:
Perceptive Powers: He can sense pretty much anything about people (power levels/if something's up with them and what it is/etc.), but only if he wants to, and he's not always trying to.
Can I mess with them/read their mind?: You can try to mess with him if you want, but he will retaliate if you piss him off. People who can enter dreams and fuck with him are free to enter his mind under those circumstances ONLY, but mind-readers are pretty much locked out of there.
Can I kill them?: YOU CAN TRY but no succeeding. Killing him is supposed to, uh, end the world and everything and everyone in it.
Can I do something more specific, like shapeshift/body hijack/steal powers?: TALK TO ME FIRST. I'll go case-by-case with this one.

What about meta powers?: Ash is a pop culture geek. He watches american television, reads manga, and plays video games. But he probably won't bring it up without a reason. Tell him he's fictional and he probably won't be surprised.

- DEATH PING, Ash had a human life before his powers were unlocked and fully realized, and he was brutally killed during the course of it. And then he was brought back to life and blood-bound to a goddess he hates.
- ALSO and more importantly, Ash is a ridiculously over-powered god! Considered overpowered even by the standards of other gods. So much so that he is classified by those who realize how strong he is in canon as a god-killer.
- Also, there is a soul in his backpack separate from his own.
