I've been addicted to poptarts and powdered doughnuts for the past two weeks. But at least I'm eating breakfast, right?
I loved the weather today! It was perfect. It finally felt like fall, which is my favorite time of year. I'm ready for it not to be so hot and humid all the time! It felt glorious to drive home with my windows down and that cool breeze air conditioning my car. *sigh* It's also perfect football game weather. My family is going to hang out and watch the MTSU-Vandy game on tv Saturday night, so that should be fun. I saw my dad on the way to work this morning, so I called him on his cell to say have a good day. I have the best family ever, I'm serious. And the best extended family of friends, too. There's just something about gorgeous days like today that make you appreciate all that you have. Or maybe it's just me.
My kittens are adorable and crazy. They have me wrapped around their paws. There are cat toys all over the apartment. I didn't think I was much of a cat person before we got Kaylee and Kierra, but now I adore cats. I'd love to get a dog one day, once I have a house with a yard. But I live close enough to home that I can visit Holly, so that works for me.
I sometimes wonder what my fish think of me. The yellow fish we had before swam around a lot when I was in the room, but the one we have now hides a lot. But he does say hi sometimes. Platy is just... Platy. He just does his own thing.
Saturday is going to be the first day of October... which makes me wonder how September went by so fast. October is going to be a busy month, I can tell. Lougan's cousin is getting married, his niece's birthday, MY birthday, Halloween, work, Lougan's school, and trying to plan the big day. Plus whatever else comes up, because something else always comes up.
I'm loving the Jack's Mannequin album. It makes me happy.
And now Kierra is eating my hair, so I suppose that is her way of telling me I should stop typing and pet her. So byebye for now.
