(no subject)
This weekend was exciting, at least Saturday was. We woke up to heavy lighting and thunder and to a tornado warning. I got up, went potty, realized that it was 9am and not the middle of the night like i thought. Went into the living room and turned on the tv to realize it was set on the EAS and that it was broadcasting a tornado warning. Kyle had gotten up and opened the back door around the same time, and said that the sirens were going off.. So knowing we were in a moblie home, and had the pets, and no time to make it anywhere, and the fact that i wasn't even really awake yet, i was freakin out. No time at all to even make it up to the storm shelter for us.. So I told kyle to come sit in the hall with me. About 25 minutes later the warning was cancelled, and the rain had let up a bit. We had some hail, but not really alot of wind. It was crazy. We ended up with 2 inches 3/10ths.
We went to mom's after the rain let up a bit, and played dominos and cards until about 10 pm, then went home. Had a quite day to ourselves yesterday.
