Exercising sucks.

I've decided I hate exercising. I mean, everytime I get gung ho and want to stick with it...something goes wrong.

This time, my wrist went out. Not that I did anything to warrent it. I just tend to put things out easier than most people. So now what? Do I go to the chiropractor, or wait it out? Sometimes things tend to go back in on their own.

But it IS my right wrist, so I don't want to mess with it. I just hate to pay the $19 for putting just one thing back in place, that takes about 10 seconds. Doesn't seem like getting my money's worth. Not that I'm wishing I had more out to be put in, or anything... because that would be stupid.  There's my rant, anyway.  I will probably end up going in. Oh, and it's a 25 minute drive to get there. I live way out in the country. And I was just in town. Yesterday and today, so I have no other reason to go in. Beautiful timing. Why couldn't it have happened several days ago, I ask you?
