First, the entry I posted yesterday but accidentally set to private:
I had this dream last night where I saw a trailer for the new season of SGA with "On The Radio" as background music (which, if you're in the SGA fandom at all, you know was used for what is now The Most Famous John/Rodney Vid Ever), and I was all: "oh my GOD! The trailer making-people are shippers! They watch vids and probably read fic, too!" I have no idea why, but this made me extremely happy and screechy. Maybe my subconscious thought the trailers people and TPTB were one and the same, and it meant McKay and Sheppard would get together on the show?
And in very short RL news, because every time I tried to write about it I ended up deleting or not posting the entry: my brother needs bypass surgery. I will deal with this the best way I know of, which is to ignore it as much as I can.
Second, the entry I was going to post today:
So between The Bro and various RL related things and the fact that I apparently have a gazillion Trojan horses on my computer that just won't go away, the sneaky bastards, I was feeling pretty down yesterday, and I ended up taking something to relax, and then another something when the first wasn't enough, and then it was all woo! And wee! And woozy! And what do you do when it's all woozy? You watch Supernatural extras!
I'd be happy to give you this hilarious drugged!review, but the sad truth is that I remember practically nothing but the wooziness. Except, of course, the candy! And the snowball fights! And that everyone went in for the role of Sam! And that no-one cheered until Jensen came in at the Paley Festival, and I felt bad for the poor writers/producers that everyone had just clapped for.
And, of course, that Dean and Sam were this close to being reporters in a van instead of brothers on a road trip, and I now crave this AU fic where these two guys, these two reporters meet up and decide to live in OMG A VAN! and STUDY EVIL! There would be glasses! And jokes about watchage of geek shows that Dean would be defensive about, because even with glasses and as a half-nerd, he'd still be a cool smart ass! *wistful*
