Yes, Lily-Rose was born in chapter 17/18 of "Baby, you're mine", when Chad was kidnapped by crazy fan Shirley. Though Lily-Rose isn't Shirley's, Shirley believes she is, because S is a little crazy. :) However Shirley is still in prison... for now. ;)
