I don't hate him. I think I like Rob Lowe as well as an actor. But somehow the Robert didn't 'fit in'. The whole political storyline shouldn't have been in the show I think, but that is neither Robert's nor Rob's fault.

There is so little interaction between Robert and Scotty though, that I'm fascinated by what it 'coulda, shoulda, woulda' been. They may not be best buddies, but I (would like to) think that there was a mutual respect...
