Thanks! I guess I want some 'prequel' to the nonsense that started in 5.05. I just never felt/saw/had the idea that Scotty felt 'guilty' over anything. I guess some more 'hints' would have been appreciated.

same here! i love the prequel thing too, i love it how fics fill the blanks in the episodes now!! and it gives Scotty a reason to decide to confess.

Thanks! I know that some felt that 'looking back' they could have seen it coming, but I just did NOT and I KNEW it would happen. I kept looking for 'something', even if just behind Kevin's back, but somehow it's just not there, not for me anyway.

And Luke Macfarlane is a good actor, if he SHOULD have dropped some subtle hints, he would have done it. I can understand that it had to hit to KEVIN out of the blue, but even knowing that it would come I was more flabbergasted than Kevin was!

I know, I shouldn't let it bother me anymore.... but it does. :)

I like this story, shows what should have happened on the show. There should have been some hints. but nada! Scotty's cheating came out of norwhere. I still think the writers were in la la land the day they wrote that script.

I do agree that Scotty should have shown some remorse or guilt. Sure they showed they were having 'problems' but nothing he did suggested that he'd cheated. I'm not sure if it was Sarah's troubles that day or Kevin's declaration that brought it out but it doesnt really matter. This is a great story. Im sorry my foul mood seems to be carrying over into all my comments.
