February already?
Wow time really does flies, I have been doing housework without fail (in hopes to please the parents that i am not a bum) and eating like 6 times a day in hopes to re-gain back the weight that I lost, so I won't have to deal with the - 'you became skinnier' conversation.
I also avoided orchad road - only been there 4 times since I got back, the crowd is overwhelming, having to deal with long lines at Kinokuniya, long lines at Dinner, people refusing to give up seats in Food Courts and claiming all fucking 6 seats are all taken, only to realize that they only use 4 seats and the other 2 are for their filthy ugly made in china handbags. Long lines everywhere and pushy people in front of buses, in front of train doors, battling for the last seat in the train - you know you had those eerie stares from a seemingly innocent aunty(not old).
Then theres the, determined old aunty trying to fend a living for themselves limping from table to table over at the fast food joint, cleaning up tables - I mean there is certainly more to life for them right, in times of old age.
My god, Singapore did grew in Population over a year! Typing this down makes me irritated - I was thinking life would be so much easier if people learn how to say "Excuse Me" .. 3 syllables, 2 words - would save me/the rest a lot of frustration from being shoved aside.
Oh and lastly, I don't know if you would agree with me on this but, Pollution fucking pollution. I can feel it or maybe it is just the construction works everywhere that doesn't seem to be ready.
Sigh, I miss the old Orchad Road.
