The marathon cardio turned out to be extremely tiring. While still in "decent" shape, I am nowhere close to where I was a year ago. Spent an hour on the elliptical around speed 5.5, and had to step down a while due to one leg nearly cramping. Fiddled around with a few other cardio machines, but went for some upper body for my last portion of the workout.
While a great difference when comparing a year ago, when I could hop on the elliptical and spend two hours doing 8.5 without much issue. Oh well, at least I am back in the saddle!
So, burned roughly about 1400 kcal today.
