Went to the gym and ran 3 miles instead of my usual 2. Started out a little slower (5.5mph) on the first two miles but increased it to 6 mph for the last mile. Stepped off with a bit of a surprise and felt like I could have kept going for a fair distance longer.
The weight for today is 139.1 kilos. :) What feels a bit different is that I can feel my stomach muscles under all the skin and well, it feels pretty cool. :)
