And so it comes to it....
This is it. The final night. We now put into place all the hard work, dedication, blood, sweat, and tears, all our hopes and dreams, and everything is banking on what we can only hope has been our best effort. When it all comes down to it, all we really get to say at the end is that we did our best, and we did our civic duty to promote democracy and the American way. There has been much learned in this process, and much given, and there is only so much we can do, and let things fall into place. We will enjoy and celebrate, and lament our falls, but only with open minds and hearts.
Thank you for all who have been patient with missed phone calls, and missed opportunities. Thank you for all of your support. And most importantly, thank you for understanding.
