There's a whole philosophical realm that comes into play here as to whether or not you've just commented on Africa.
Technically (and I am a rather technical individual) you've just commented on the fact that you may have commented on Africa in the past. But if you didn't (which you may or may not have, some comments have been open to interpretation) then you've just commented on a fictious occurrence and it would be highly fallacious to say "look! I just commented on it"

As you should, I can only imagine how frustrated you must get being unable to one up me.
I will now one up you once more.
Again, I know I say this often, but I'm seriously not making this up.
My little brother's Godfather won two stanley cups with the Toronto Maple Leafs. His name is Dick Duff and he's going into the Hockey Hall of Fame in November with Patrick Roy and others.
How am I one upping you you'd ask?
He won FOUR cups with Montreal.
