Well, here I am writing to you all from lovely Providence, Rhode Island. I'm staying in McDermott 411 with Mike and Jack. They're both wicked awesome guys. I was so nervous about having roommates who were wasted and that I would basically have to babysit, but both of them don't drink. But they also aren't violently against it, which is cool. You guys will be able to visit each other though, you're not too far away. And it is very nice to have roomies who don't drink. The kids on my floor are awesome but some do drink but don't care if we don't. You'll get to know the people on your floor really well and they will become your best friends, if only because you see them all the time.

Yeah, it will all be okay. I hope to get to know the kids on my floor, but some of them are kind of odd....Hope you're having a good time over at Trinity!

It's great to hear you have cool roomies! You're off to a good start! :-)

I know you miss her. I can empathize completely. It is very hard at first, and it's hard to look on the bright side sometimes. I promise you once things get settled you will see that everything will work out. You two have something special and I know you both care enough to make sure everything turns out alright. I bet if you walked into one of your classes fifteen minutes early dressed in your alter-boy robe, you could teach the class for a good 10,15 minutes without anyone knowing.
