First of all, let me be the last person to wish you all a merry christmas and happy new year. Now that that's out of the way
First of all b:, thanks to olbrych for the title for this entry. It came during a debate on just "how young is too young."
I considered doing one of those "year in review" things that a lot of people do, and i think it probably would have been pretty good to read, but i decided against it. I've spent far too much time reminiscing, no need to continue that....
Ok, maybe just a bit. We're all very different from how we were a year ago now. We've graduated, went to college, did a semester, and grew up. In fact, though only one year past numerically, we all matured far more than that. (Unless your grasetti and sapelli, who remain blissfully oblivious...i love you guys). 'nuff said.
Christmas was nice. Always like the time of year. Recieved some very nice gifts, and hope the ones i gave were enjoyed.
Met Taryn for the first time. Pause.
Went to an open mic night in a city (i think easthampton?). Long story short, that was ridiculous. I try to be open minded and such, but really...ok marc, calm down.
Went ice skating with Becky, Dan, and Macey. Great to see all of them, missed 'em. Watching me on skates must have been a joy. You'd think a Canadain would be better on the ice, but sadly, no.
New Years was, well, New Years. Never a fan of it, always somehow depresses me. Thanks for the company Setti, sapelli, and al.
My attention span, or lack there of, has started to worry me a bit. It seems to be getting worse, and my parents seem ready to disown me for fidgiting when i sit. Example: my performance in chess the past few nights. And the fact i blacked out in church. No joke, my mind started to wander, and BANG, we get communion. Everything between the last reading and that is a blur.
Anchorman is great. That movie's given me ammo for probably 80 more journal entries, starting with this one. "It's called Sex Panther; it's illegal in nine countries. It's made from little pieces of real panther, so you know it's good." Anchorman probably deserves its own
entry, that needs to happen.
I had so much to say, but classes start in the morning, so i have to cut this one short. Hope everyone else still on break enjoys it, and scoreboard come spring.
For Marc Maloney, so long everyone.....
