so uh.. my house flooded. i think we are still going to buy it though. the city hadnt cleaned our ditches so the water had nowhere to go but my house/yard... we had just just put flood insurance too. wtf? why must it take 30 days for that shit to kick in. gay! we are just going to dig a ditch along the south side of the house as well. any suggestions on what to do about that heh
