(no subject)
I've been having really really weird dreams lately. Last night I was laid off from both Starbucks and Carlson (apparently I worked at both) and was excited because it meant I could collect EI. The weird part is my former friend Naomi was in the dream and she's been in my dreams for the past week. Seriously every night she's featured in my dreams. Obviously it doesn't take a genius to figure out that it means I miss her and I do. We were best friends from when we were babies up until about age 20-21. We drifted apart and don't talk anymore. I saw her last year but at her mothers funeral, so not really a conducive place to respark a friendship. And to be honest I don't think we could be friends anymore, we're both different people now, but it's always nice to reminisce in my head about all the times we shared.
The one thing that always makes me remember is when I think about my friendship with Philina. I met her in grade nine through Naomi. Naomi told me about this new friend she made in art class who's really cool and se introduced us at lunch in 2nd semester and here we are today. I'm no longer friends with Naomi but I'm a bridesmaid in Philina's wedding and she's one of my closest friends. I sometimes thinks its amazing that her, Erin and I are best friends. In high school I never would have thought it would be the three of us still friends today. But it's great. For the record I then introduced Philina to Erin in grade 10. Erin was introduced to me by Hawley Foster in grade 10 drama as a girl who went to middle school with us (I wasn't friends with her then) and just came to our high school that year.
Anyways this is all random, but I wanted to get it down on "paper". Lol!!
