As promised (and only 5 days late, which for me is on time) here are some pictures of my cupcake baking frenzy last weekend!
Fun coloured batter! Gel food colouring makes ALL the difference!
We tried to marble-ize this one. Didn't really work, but it's still pretty, and tasted DELICIOUS!

The many, MANY cupcakes we decorated! Half are rainbow, half are vanilla with chocolate chips in them. Not as cool, but just as delicious!
