This is very very self indulgent and whiny. You have been warned.
So I am in gigantic pain. Which still hasn't gone away. So uber annoying. Mainly because it hurts. And it's difficult to move and walk up/down stairs. So I played tennis two days ago (Saturday morning) with my dad (yay tennis! We've played a few times while down here in Hilton Head. It's reminded me how much I love playing) and I don't know if I was gripping the tennis racquet super hard and tensing my body completely without realizing it, or if I did something to it (but I think it's just the tensing/gripping) but I have been so uber sore since then. It's so annoying. The first night I honestly couldn't sleep (well, I got some sleep, but I woke up A LOT) because everytime I moved I erupted in pain. Seriously, I would move my arm and then it felt like it was spasming in pain. Or something. It was better last night, no more spasms but it still hurts. I've been chowing down on the ibuprofen like it's going out of style, and it's not even helping that much. I feel like I have arthritis. Or what I imagine arthritis feels like. I have no strength right now in my hands. Holding a water jug is tough. As is opening a jar. Or the ibuprofen bottle. Heh. Anyhoo, I just want to be in less pain. Plskthxbai. Plus I can't play tennis again until I'm in less pain. Because right now I wouldn't be able to hit a tennis ball with any kind of strength.
In other news my vacation is nice so far! Good food. We went to this place called Red Fish last night which is one of my favourites. They make the most amazing scallops I've ever had. I love them. I order the same thing every year. And they're served with this yummy lobster macaroni. Heaven. Plus they had delicious French red wine, which is a really nice change from all the California wine I've been drinking. The beach is good. The pool is better (less dirty). My sister, brother-in-law, and nephew are leaving tomorrow. Which will be sad, but it means I get my bedroom back. My nephew has started walking on his own this trip, and he is so so so cute!! I love him so much. So much more than I ever thought I would. I seriously think he's the cutest baby. Not ever, but he's up there!! I still have another five days here, and then we drive back. It's a good amount of time.
Okay, that's about it. Tonight we're getting yummy Japanese take away. Mmmmm, sushi!!! Hope everyone's well!
Oh, and Federer won his first US Open match!! Yay!
