I'm freezing!!
I'm so cold. I don't understand why my flat doesn't retain the heat better?? It's not 600 years old. It was built in 2000. You would think that they would put insulation in the walls and install double-glazed windows or whatever. Or at least better seals along the windows so there's no drafts. Because yes, you put your hand near any window in this place and there's wind. And since it's minus 2 degrees outside, it's cold!! Brrr!
On another note. I cooked a real dinner for the first time! I made teriyaki salmon on my new pampered chef pan that my mother bought me for Hanukkah. And then some crispy potatoes, because they may be the best thing ever! They need these in Canada! Anyways, the salmon turned out pretty good. And I have some leftovers for tomorrow. I also have some chicken marinating which I'll cook on Tuesday. I'm going to make rice and broccoli with that. So, here I go! Cooking!
