Was going to start this post complaining about my not-so-good day at work and the headache I haven't managed to get rid of, but have decided that doesn't matter - I'm not going to rant and moan about work etc. when it's the Christmas season!

I want everyone to really enjoy this Christmas and put a conscious effort into savouring every moment - I will be every time I feel even slightly down!
