Well, I suppose I really should be working on my paper, which is due tonight, and which I've hardly begun to write. (Good thing I only work until noon.) I can't believe it's June 27th already. My actual summer vacation starts this Friday. Lisa and I are taking ourselves out to lunch to celebrate. (The boss usually takes us out when summer school is over, but she's in Japan, the brat. - I'm sure she's having a wonderful time. Someday, we'll go to Japan.) Anyway, we're actually going to be busier than ever with the business. We had a 7-hour business seminar on Sunday. Seven hours! On a Sunday! With no breaks! These people are nuts! On the positive side, I think we got a lot of good information. I don't really comprehend it right now. I'm kind of on information overload. The next time there's a meeting like that, I'm leaving to go get real food. Or, I'll bring a cooler bag in. (What cooler bag?) In addition to all this stuff, we need to get ready for this baby! It's only a little over 2 months away now! Yikes! The nursery's nowhere near done. It's on my honey-do list for the floor to go in this weekend. I'll keep my fingers crossed. It's just GOT to get done. Sam needs some work done on his car. So, maybe they can trade labor for labor, and Sam can come and help us here.
