Tour plans have been finalized. They haven't been announced officially yet but it's a pretty extensive tour. It'll open in Puerto Rico and then move progressively north. It's looking to be about three months long with about 30 dates scheduled. It's going to be rough but it's been such a long time since I've done that, I'm looking forward to it

I'm not a presenter, performer, nominee or special guest of any kind at this year's Juno's. If we're not there, no one will notice or care and some lucky fan will get our empty seats. It just seems like a lot of hassle for us to be there for no reason.. You know? So we'll curl up on the couch in our pyjamas and watch the show from the hotel room.
Meanwhile, our bags will be packed and ready for check out in the morning.
And off to Vancouver. I suppose. I don't know for sure yet, or even that I want to. I tried to let Eric out easy, you know? I know there isn't a place for me in his life anymore, but he thinks we just need to spend some time together. So I'm willing to give it a try, since he is.
As for the tour.. when is it starting? I mentioned to you that i've got to start really working on the album, didn't i? That's gonna have to be in Toronto. And you know what? To be honest.. I don't know if I want to put Jenna through all that.
I guess we can talk about it a little more when the time comes.

I tried to let Eric out easy.
Is that why you've been so quiet? You just seem like there's been something on your mind. Could you let go that easily, Amanda?
The tour starts June 11. Not too soon but pretty close. Rehearsals start next month in Miami. Amanda, I know you have to start working but that can be done anywhere. I have a travelling studio with me most of the time, it can even be done there.
I just... I don't want to be missing from yours or Jenna's life for three months. I know it's hard but we can make it work, I promise we can.
