well, the first after class study session went well; the group was small, but it made things a bit easier. I'm confident that closer to exam time, there will be more interest. And after a good suggestion, we will be alternating the classes, one week book and theory revision, then the next will be practical spellcasting revison.

and besides after class revision i have after after class revision; one of the 6th years, lukas, has offered to help me catch up on some spellwork. Of course i could ask james or sirius, but they can barely sit still long enough to listen to class, let alone to give extra tuition. And i did manage to get them when they're in a sensible mood they would expect payment in form of chocolate, alcohol and passwords to various prefect rooms.
The private tuition is going well though...theres quite a few things i've missed whilst recovering from moons, and learning spells from books isn't always possible. Also it's good for me to interact with people who don't know every dark secret of mine. I need to get back into the habit of pretending to be normal.
And an extra friend is hardly something to turn down...as much as i appreciate my wonderful, nutty, troublemaking friends, it is nice to talk to someone sensible.
