It is unfortunate that my date with Lucius ended up coinciding with your visit, and worse still that your brother we had some misfortune earlier that night and couldn't speak properly. In fact, I almost feel that we haven't had a proper chance to speak at all since this summer began. This is bad enough when dealing with friends (of which I consider you one), but worse still when it is family. So I think that we should meet some time in the near future.
We have some important matters to discuss, I fear, so I would prefer a response sooner rather than later.
