Awww Sirius looks so surprised (I love his hand echoing surprise as well) and Remus looks like he's screwed all his courage up to do it at last.

Erm I know she isn't a main player but Lily is looking lovely!

Remus is just grabbing him and you can feel him psyching himself to just do it. Lovely moment.

The bold colors are so striking here; they really stand out against the background in a beautiful way. And I agree that Lily is lovely--having her in the picture provides a nice sense of balance and is a reminder that during this era they would rarely be totally alone. I love the little details like Lily's purse on the floor, the books on top of the cupboard, and the writing on the chalkboard. And the boys' expressions are great too, with Remus looking like he has reached the moment where he just has to do this even though he might be scared, and Sirius looking surprised but interested. Beautiful picture.

Oh this is cute- I love how determined Remus looks with his face all screwed up.
I think what I really liked is how adeptly you set up the whole scene. The background is very well done, it has depth and points of interest. Remus and Sirius too, you managed to catch a real sense of movement between them which is no easy feat, I know.

There is such a strong narrative to this peice, it feels as though it is a freeze frame from a movie.
And there is nothing wrong about Lily sitting on that stool!
