Hey, it's exam period and I'm here! What's new right?
Anyway, long story short, I've adopted a rabbit! Her name's Tiara and she brings me as much joy as she brings me sorrow. It's not easy from this point of view to take care of a bunny when you read of how easy it is to litter-train a rabbit. It's really hard work and expensive. Not expensive for me since I'm not paying much except for the toys I keep buying for her in impulse (which I NEED to stop!). Carefresh was really expensive and Tiara makes a mess out of it by digging in it and it's really hard to sweep up from the plastic grass floor in the balcony she's kept in. I thought I found the litter her ex-owner used to use but it turns out that it's even finer which mean more mess! And I bought a 10 litre bag of Homefriends! I have to go through all that?! And I need to change her external litter pan too since it was smaller than I thought was sufficient and not deep enough. Good thing it was only $2 though! I'm thinking of getting a small cat litter pan with a semi cover to minimise the mess when she burrows into the litter pan.
I went to read reviews about the current bedding and it sounds good odour-wise so let's hope it lasts!
Here's she!
Love her!
