I know it's been awhile, LJ. I am finally over the first big hurdle of the semester, and though I have one 50-minute French class tomorrow, Spring Break essentially starts right after that. I've done all of my homework; this half of the semester is done. I'm ready for a respite ( Read more... )

mmm Paella! We made that in my dorm last year, haha, I dunno about the seitan though. But the way I had it (which I don't think is the real way because I"m a vegetarian) was just rice with a buncha shit in it, pretty much like a burrito but without the tortilla, haha, - rice, spices, tomato, other veggies, beans...idk, it's pretty good I guess.

I think that's the first successful peer edit I ever heard of, haha, congrats!

Are you gonna be busy over your break? I didn't know people would be on break @ the same time as me, now I'm getting excited!
