Just thought I'd update.
Had an interesting call today. My boss had apparantly talked to a customer in mid October, and for some reason HE thought she was going to call him back.
In any case, he thought she was rude and curt with him. Told me that I should train her in being courteous :D
Anywho, that's all for today - I got my lord of the rings and star wars DVD's woohooo!
