Food glorious food!

I'm feeling stressed and anxious and whatnot...so thus I did a lot of cooking. (Hey, I'm a Jewish mother, what do you expect?) First, Yael and I made banana bread. For some reason, my loaf pans have vanished (WTF? Did they get eaten by the dust bunnies in the pantry?) so I used the mini-bundt pans instead. Still very tasty, even though Yael decided she didn't want chocolate chips in it ;)

Then I did an experimental vegetable stir fry of asparagus and collard greens, which turned out a little odd, but kind of tasty. I used red pepper flakes, sesame oil, fresh ginger and garlic, a little lemon juice, and some Worcestershire sauce.

And lastly, I made fried tofu. OMG, I have the best and easiest recipe for this. I would make it more often if it didn't require so much oil. (I make it whenever we cook Indian, because then we can reuse the oil that Avi fried the paneer in.)

In more depressing news, I need to call the psychiatrist, because I think the Zoloft is not working :( Unfortunately, in some people it does stop working. They don't know why, it just does. If that's what's going on here, I don't know what my options are, but I'm not thrilled about having to try anything else.

I haven't quite had a panic attack but it's been close a few times. I actually had to take a Klonopin, which I prefer not to do.
