Torchwood
Thank you very much for your input on Torchwood and I'm soooooo glad I asked! After carefully reading one or two spoilers, I have concluded you are absolutely correct and I will not be watching "Children of the Earth." I'm not sure I'll ever watch it, because just reading the few spoilers I did caused me to start panicking mildly. (Yes, I'll be calling the psychiatrist about upping my dose. This is getting annoying.)
I also doubt I'll watch if they do another season of the show, unless someone vets the episodes in advance for me and tells me they're funny. And nobody dies. ::eyeroll:: First they killed off Tosh, now Ianto? I do love Jack, but I don't know if he's enough for me to watch. And I don't like dark. I don't mind occasionally killing off a character or having the heroes fail, because that makes it more exciting, but I hate watching dreary hopeless drama. I don't watch postapocalyptic drama for a reason, y'know.
I'll be over here watching Leverage and Eureka if anyone needs me, okay? Don't derail the fun train!
