--I'm hungry. Again. Despite eating lunch twice and a perfectly good dinner. Argh.
--I want dessert. Or maybe fried chicken. Possibly a bowl of cherries?
--I can't tolerate the smell of DEET under normal circumstances, but I learned this weekend that I really can't tolerate it while pregnant. Ugh. Too bad the new stuff (picaridin?) doesn't seem to work on me. I finally had to give up and put on the DEET, before my body became one big mosquito bite. I was okay while I was outside, but as soon as I came in, the smell made me sick, and even scrubbing my arms with soap and water didn't make it go away.
--Our insurance company has finally finished reading bird entrails and casting runes, and they've decided to cover the cycle we, y'know, just finished. So, we should be getting a fairly big refund check, once the insurance company gets around to paying. ::looks at calendar:: I figure the check should arrive in order to pay for the kid's first year in preschool. Not that I'm cynical about insurance companies or anything. ::coughs::
