Want a laugh? I just e-mailed my state senator to remind him to vote for SB116, supporting gay marriage.
No, that's not the funny part. The funny part is I forgot to check who the cosponsors of the bill are. I got an immediate response from his office, a form letter pointing out that a) he cosponsored the bill and b) he's gay :D
Um, Mara? Feel free to DO YOUR HOMEWORK next time, 'kay? ::giggles madly:: Well, at least I know my elected representative will vote the right way, right? I'm feeling mildly silly, but OTOH, I doubt I'm the only person to have made this mistake :D
