OK, all this bullshit has to stop. I do not owe you 900$. The heat has been off in my apartment for the last full month and it was turned down to the bare minimum before that in March. I turn of all the lights when I leave the apartment and there are no lights on when I'm not in a certain room. I can only conclude that you're trying to screw me or that you're billing me what the last tenant owes you.
