Title: By His Greed Made Bold
Author:
mapsandlegendsRating: Teen/PG-13
Pairing: Gil/Greg
Warning: Fluffier than previous entries, try not to pass out from the knowledge that there's not enough kink to merit a warning.
Challenge: Greed, part of the Seven Deadly Sins drabble prompts at
gil_loves_gregSummary: Kinda hard to summarize a drabble without giving it all away, ya know?
Author's Note: First person P.O.V., the reader gets to fill in who's doing what to whom. Title shamelessly stolen from Longfellow's "Morituri Salutamus: Poem For The Fiftieth Anniversary Of The Class Of 1825 In Bowdoin College" (say that three times fast!). Also, my text editor counts "work-induced" as two words, so I'm going with that.

It's wrong to covet coffee, to want it all for myself. Wrong to horde sufficient quantities as would keep us both awake for weeks on end. But I love the flavor, the feeling of it swirling across my tongue. The smell alone could revive me from a work-induced haze.
"Found your hidden stash. Again."
"Oh."
"Thought we agreed to share the coffee, that it was ours?"
"I just..."
"Thought you'd need several week's worth of Blue Hawaiian hidden in the back of the cabinet, under the mixing bowls?"
"Maybe I just haven't learned my lesson yet?"
"Is that so?"
