It's not too bad....cheaper alternative to remedial massage for the shoulder blades/neck but was hoping it could excert more pressure as I like deep tissue massage between the joints from the shoulder to the neck but being a commercial product dont think it can allocate that much "strength".....but I personally feel having a real person to massage deeply is definitely great......using it makes me really sleepy which should be a good sign...defintely some relief...for what I paid for....it's alright.....
Was actually thinking of getting this....but...need to have an appropriate chair to use it I think...
