i do'nt know if anyone else has noticed
but i was innocently browsing basil for cape scrolls (to see which stat is wortht he most... apparantly luk is)
and then i stumbled upon something
70% and 30% scrolls. apparantly if htey fail, tehres a 50% chance they will be destroyed... but that means if they fail, tehres a 50% chance u can retry it? and considering theres a 70% scroll... omfg can you say inflation?
*edit* nevermind, apparantly its a 50% chance the ITEM you are scrolling can be destroyed if it fails... holy crap...
so is basil going ahead of itself? i didn't actually see AUCTIONS for these scrolls... just under item info...
and theres a server check tonight... in like 20 minutes... coincidence?
