Viper is only 5 levels? So personally I wouldn't stick too many 60%s on them. They're kinda pricy. Just save them for you V2k.

If I scrolled the Viper, I'd probably stick with it till 50,

I did the same thing and I totally reccomend it! Except I had a pretty godly Red Viper (it was +6 on a 2 above average).

Mm, it has 52 base attack anyway, so a few 60s and some 100s should make it shiny enough to last me a while ^^

Viper is fast speed. The V2K is normal speed. It's the same issue assassins face on whether they want to stick with a scrolled Meba or upgrade to the next claw. If you've got a well scrolled Viper, you'll probably keep using it til Olympus (or swap for a Maple Bow or Soul Searcher).
