Apology accepted! Don't worry though, I was gonna help clean up Lake Erie anyway! I mean, that's what I do, you know? That, and everyone is kinda mad about it. I think I need to talk to Congress about a new law...
The only other thing you need to know is that the Marshall Street Apartments is now the United States Embassy (or at least the second floor is) and that most of the Hero's Club resides at Latimir.
Couldn't hurt to have an extra boost too keep my waterways clean and pure!
England's not allowed to live in my embassy, so he'd better not be here. As for the Hero's Club, a lovely young woman named Rosalyn and I started it as a way to protect society, help keep order, and encourage everyone to do good deeds! The police, as respectable as they may be, need a little extra help.
Besides, that's what they do in the comics. When you have a group of super-powered villains, you need a group of heroes to provide JUSTICE!
