I felt so gross last night I didn't sleep normally. I used my nap blanket and slept on top of my comforter with my head to the window (this is the foot of my bed). I have a whole routine for when I'm feeling bad. First I go and sit next to the door, where there is always a strong flow of air coming in due to the differential air pressure. This helps cool me down- which is very important, because when I get flustered or when I start feeling bad, I always get hot- not cold. So, after having my brains resettled, I move back to my bed. And if I find I cannot get comfortable in my normal position by any means, I will take my nap blanket and first pillow and sleep either on the floor or at the other end of my bed.
AND I GOT A CHICKEN PARM SAMMICH. It was good :) it made my stomach settle.
AND I HAVE THESE REALLY TASTY TRUFFLES FULL OF RASPBERRY AND PASSIONFRUIT GANACHE!
btw- Anna and Vicky, because I'm making a pie and some tasty profiteroles for Liz and Lauren &cetera, Please give me suggestions as to something, either savory or sweet, that I could make for you.
