Gundam 00 S2 ep 25 Rant - OMG!!!!!!!!!!!

It's 6am now, I really should be sleeping, but I'm too full of adrenaline still.

• Ep starts out with Ribbonz cannon vs Setsuna 00. Hahaha@ the names. They yell their names before fighting, which is rather hilarious XDDD
• Fighting, there was lots of fighting and pretty explosions and shininess. But thank god no rainbow GN sparklies!!! =D But 00 Gundam can teleport? wtf?!?
• Revive and Hilling come to the aid, I dunno how they can move their machines without VEDA... but whatever.
• And then Alle and Lyle come to Setsuna's aid, and it's now 3 on 3, Alle takes on Hilling while Lyle fights Revive.
• Halle comes out, and seems to be able to talk to Alle, ie, Alle knows of his existence, and they fight together. Halle cuts open Hilling's suit, and the last thing she says before she explodes is "help me Ribbonz" d'awww... but Ribbonz is busy with Setsuna and doesn't seem care much =( I liked Hilling... But that proves, once again, that Alle is only able to kick butt while Halle's instructing him....
• Revive damages Cherudim, and Lyle's facepiece is broken, which made his forehead bleed, into his right eye. Lol, no his eye wasn't damaged, just got blood in it. But anyway, just as he's about to be finished off by Revive (which would've been ironic, Lyle being killed by Anew's twin), he TransAms and kills Revive. Yeah Lyle, you just killed Anew's twin bro...
• In the end, it looked like both Alle and Lyle are dead, or dying, as their suits are heavily damaged. Kinda like last season actually
• Ribbons rips off one of 00's GN drives, the one that was originally from 0 Gundam. Conveniently, the 0 Gundam floats by, and he puts it in there and steals it. Setsuna meanwhile, in his damaged suit, gets out, and somehow, from somewhere, finds the revamped Exia and managed to put the GN drive in it.
• I love Exia and all (Setsuna F. Exia ftw!!!!), much more than 00, and was happy to see its reappearance, but it just defies logic!! How where when did Setsuna get the revamped Exia?!?! Okay, Ian and co probably fixed it during all this time, but like, how did Setsuna get to it, and how did he put the GN drive in it? with his bare hands???
• Anyway, it's 0 vs Exia. Exia's sword is love. Esp since it has green edges in it now. During the fight, Marina's voice comes over and says stuff I don't understand, something about a letter... while the song plays in the bg.. kinda annoying I think... I guess that's Marina's role >__>
• Oh right, Nekkid!Ghost!Tieria floats into Ribbonz' cockpit and has a conversation with him. PFFFFFFF@ nekkid!ghost!Tieria XDDDDDD
• The fight finishes with a double-pierce, and both suits die and explode. We don't see what happens to Ribbonz' cockpit (dunno whether Exia's sword even went into it), just a far-off explosion, so who knows, maybe he's still alive, but I'm crossing him off =D
• We see Setsuna injured and probably unconscious in the cockpit, and I was praying he wasn't dead...


• Epilogue time!!! And it's only like 17 min in (including commercial, so more like 14 or 15 min)...
• Marina is back at Azadistan, and back on the throne doing some speech. Well, I'm glad she grew a spine, sorta, and is actually doing something at least, like taking back her country.
• Meanwhile, I'm thinking, "where's Patrick?? Please let him be okay!!"
• Louise is in the hospital with Saji watching over her. Dammit, she didn't become Four or Stellar =( Disappointed. But they got their happy ending, I guess
• UN assembly, Shirin and Klaus. Awww, they look so cute together!! Yay a couple I like that ended up happy! Though I totally predicted one of them would die... XD Also, Anew lookalike at the assembly, what??
• Still no Patrick.. where are you?? please show up soon!!
• Andrei stayed with the Federation, I assume. and he's talking to Kati. Kati!!!! Patrick should be with her, right? right?
• We see Kati, please, Patrick, where are you? A knock on the door. My heart raced. and then...
PAAAAATTTRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKK!!!!

Yes!! The Immortal Colasaur!!!!!! Looking cute and dorky as ever =D He's talking to Kati, I so totally don't get what he's saying, but he's alive and with Kati that's all that matters!!

And then, and then, Kati stood up and she's wearing a wedding dress.

I. died. and went to heaven =D =D

Seriously, words cannot express how happy I am. SUNRISE, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!! A HAPPY ENDING FOR MY FAVE COUPLE >___< I need that sooo badly, 'cause usually my fave couples get screwed....

I was hoping for like Patrick in the hospital and Kati visiting him and he's finally getting his kiss.. but this... >__< So expected XDD

During the Wedding scene, I was squeeeeeeing all over the place... expect 2432555435 fanart soon....


• Okay, I think I'm done fangirling. Moving on....
• Alle and Marie are on some kind of pilgrimage I think.. backpacking through Europe XD Soma had her hair up in a bun, which looks plain weird and makes her look old... =S But happy ending for them, yay?
• Lyle visits his family's grave (haha he's wearing sunglasses), which has Anew's grave next to it. He says something about staying with CB and fighting on
• Speaking of CB, they seemed to have fixed their ship, all the crew's on it (Lasse, Feldt, Mileina's family, Sumeragi), including Setsuna!!!! They're continuing their fight it seems. 'cept Alle went on a pilgrimage, not sure if he quit or is just taking a vacation..
• Tieria though, in the VEDA, is seen in nekkid!ghost form again. He said "Sayonara minna" (goodbye everyone)... [while moving like a fish or dolphin swimming XDD] now I'm not sure if he means he's just saying goodbye 'cause his body is gone and he can't be with everyone, or VEDA's being shut down/deleted and he's gonna be gone.... Also, where's Regene? Didn't hear a peep out of him...
• Billy has another pic of him and Sumeragi, 'cept I think they're just friends now. Hamu is shown briefly standing behind him. Oh btw, he totally did not take part in the fighting in the last ep. Kinda disappointed, but kinda made sense that he wouldn't, after all that Setsuna told him...

All in all, it was a happy ending. Strangely though, I'm not as opposed to it as I thought I'd be. I mean, it'd be nice to have a blackout on my Bingo XDD But seriously though, I love bittersweet endings. And midway through the ep, that's what it seemed like. But it turned out that everyone survived. I guess it fits in with the whole "Hope" theme....

I guess I'm just really really happy that Patrick and Kati have a happy ending, and that Setsuna lives. That's what I really care about XDDD Oh, and no cliche Rainbow Sparklies. Wish a few characters that I marked as deathflagged died, but oh well... at least I don't feel as trolled as I thought I'd be XD And, as a bonus, I got Shirin x Klaus, and my other fave, Setsuna x Exia as well =D

And then.....

Movie coming in 2010

ooooohhhhhhh........ so that's why the main characters aren't killed off. They need them for the movie!! Which I hear involves Aliens. Well, there was that shot of Jupiter... Sunrise has something against Jupiter, I swear! XDD

Hey maybe this movie will come before the GS movie...

But meanwhile, I'll miss you Gundam 00... and watching you in the wee hours of the morning...

need to draw fanart to celebrate... but will have to wait until after this week is over.. stupid school....
